Chicken Tikka Wraps

Dough Ingredientschicken wraps
  1. All purpose flour (Maida) 1/2 kg
  2. Milk 100 ml (Luke warm)
  3. Sugar 1 tbsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Vegetable Oil 2 tbsp
  6. Instant Yeast 1 sachet (11 gm)
  7. Water (Luke warm as per requirement)
Preparation
In a small bowl, mix sugar and yeast in warm milk and set aside for 10 minutes to activate the yeast. Sift flour in an other bowl and mix all the ingredients. Knead the mixture by hand to make a soft sticky dough. Take out this sticky dough on a flour dusted surface and keep on kneading it for 10 to 15 minutes. Now grease a big bowl with cooking oil, roll the dough in it and cover the bowl with damp cloth or cling wrap and keep it in  warm place for an hour. Let the dough double in size then again bring it on kneading surface and knead for just 4 to 5 times. The dough will become soft and elastic. Make small balls out of it and roll them to normal roti or wraps and simply cook in a pan on stove top.
Chicken Tikka Ingredients
  • Boneless chicken breast 4 pieces ( cut them in cubes)
  • Chicken tikka masala 4 tbsp (you can use any brand)
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Onion medium sized 2 (chopped)
  • Ginger and Garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Cooking oil 1/4 cup
Preparation
In a wok, heat the oil and add onions. Cook until it becomes golden, then add chicken and ginger garlic paste and stir fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Add tikka masala and yogurt and keep on stiring it on medium heat (for approximately 2 to 3 minutes). Then reduce the heat to low, cover with lid and let the chicken be tender. Now remove the lid, increase the heat and stir until the water is completely evaporated.
Put some chicken stuffing on the roti/wrap, add fresh salad, BBQ sauce, chili sauce or any other sauce to your taste and roll it. Your yummy wrap is ready.
