Potato Cheese Cutlets

Ingredients

Potatoes – 1/2 kg

Mozzarella Cheese – 100gms

Corn Starch- 2 tbsp

Crushed red chillies- 2 tsp

Red Chillies Powder – 1tsp

Black Pepper Powder-1tsp

Parsley- 1 tsp

Salt- according to taste

Procedure

Boil and Peel the Potatoes . Grate boiled potatoes and cheese in a big bowl and add spices in it. Give it a good mix with fork. Don’t mesh, it will ruin the texture. Mix untill corn starch and grated cheese are well combined with potatoes and spices . Take small quantity of mixture on you clean dry hands and shape it into cutlets. Heat a pan on medium flame. Now toast these cutlets on both sides, adding few drops of oil untill it turns golden. Serve with ketchup or some mayo dip.
