Ingredients
Minced Meat(with fat) – 1 kg
Onions – 2 medium size (Chopped and Squeezed)
Tomatoes-2 small (Deseeded and Diced)
Green Chillies-4 or 5 (Chopped)
Ginger Paste-2 tsp
Garlic Paste-2 tsp
Crushed Red Chillies- 2 tsp
Red Chillie Powder- 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder-1 tsp
Cumin Powder-1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder-1 tsp
Chaat Masala Powder-1 tbsp
Tikka Masala-2 tbsp
Lemon Juice-2 tsp
Meat Tenderizer- 1 tsp (optional)
Mint Leaves Chopped- a bunch
Cilantro Chopped -a bunch
Ghee-3 tbsp
Procedure
Mix all these spices in minced meat and mix well until its well combined.
Let it marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours . Its better to leave over night .
